For customers: Customers scan the QR code and pay the bill as they wish. They can pay only for what they’ve consumed, split the bill or a specific article, pay a specific amount, and so on, using any payment method (credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, luncheon vouchers, etc.). Customers immediately receive their bill and proof of payment that they can present whenever they need to. For restaurant owners: Payment appears directly on the cash register under the correct table number, and if all payments have been finalized, the table can be automatically closed or manually closed according to restaurant’s behaviors. Receipts can automatically be issued for each transaction, so that there is the beeping noise that customers are familiar with.
All credit cards can be used with our restaurant payment solution. Your customers can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), Google Pay, Apple Pay, or even by luncheon voucher for those who wish to settle in a more traditional way (paper luncheon vouchers are cashed up as they’ve always been). The newer card luncheon voucher systems (Edenred, Swile, etc.) can also be used directly for online payment. This means that you can still use the same payment methods as before.
All our transactions are managed by Adyen, the leader in remote payment. We therefore benefit from all their anti-fraud protections, and transactions are secure.
Each QR code is specific to a pre-configured table number. The name given to the QR code is exactly the same as the name given to your tables on the cash register. Given this, the customer can’t make a mistake because they don’t need to enter their number and you can be sure that they pay for their table. The customer can’t pay more than the full amount either, and if they pay less, the table remains open until the full amount is settled.
